AI literacy for civil servants
A resident has a question. AI can help. You remain responsible. With the certificate you show you are AI-literate.
- 1
The rules: since February 2025, employees must know enough about AI. You also know DPIA and IAMA, the pre-checks for risky systems.
- 2
Working safely: resident data does not belong in a public chatbot. You know when to mention that you used AI.
- 3
Staying critical: AI sometimes makes things up. You check every answer and your judgement counts.

Real or fake, and AI for home
A voice that sounds like your son. He asks for money. But it is a fake voice.
- 1
Recognising fakes: voices, photos and videos are easy to fake. Watch for urgency, requests for money and unknown numbers.
- 2
How to check: call back on a number you know and look up a seller or shop before you pay.
- 3
AI at home: help with travel, cooking and hobbies, and having difficult letters explained in plain language.
